PARTY PICS - $250
For active events where guests are dancing, playing, talking, and partying, Party Pics is part of the fun. The Party Pics photographer circulates the room capturing candids of couples and small groups. Guests are given a card with our website where they may view and purchase event photos online. Events may be password enabled at client’s request.

PARTY PICS PROJECTED ONTO BIG SCREEN - $375
Seeing images on the big screen as the event unfolds is a lot more fun. The Party Pics photographer circulates the room capturing candids and the images are projected immediately via Wi-Fi onto a screen, or large monitor. Guests are also given a card with our website where they may view and purchase event photos online after the event.

PARTY PICS on DISC - $150
All the pictures made at your Party Pics event on a disc. Print your own, share them by email, put them on your social media network.

• High-resolution digital jpeg images captured at event on disc
• Non-exclusive, non-transferable license for event related public relations, editorials, web pages
• Authorization to have prints made by third-party lab for personal use

OFF-LINE CANDID EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY AND A DISC - $475
This is for when you want a photographer at your event but you don’t want us to pass out website cards to attendees and you don’t want us to post the images on our website.

• One photographer with professional camera and flash for two hour period
• Each additional hour  - $50
• High-resolution digital jpeg images captured at event on disc
• Non-exclusive, non-transferable license for event related promotion and public relations
• Authorization to have prints made by third-party lab
• Post event client to guest gift fulfillment - optional

POSED PORTRAITS WITH ON-SITE PRINTING 
Package includes a team composed of one photographer and one print technician / clerk for two hour period with simple muslin backdrop and studio lights, professional quality photo printers and supplies. Posed pictures taken on request. We can print approximately 100 color 4x6 prints per hour. Payment or pre-paid tickets collected on-site prior to having portrait made. Finished prints laid out on table for guest pick up.

Baldwin Photography recognizes that all groups are different. We can work together to custom tailor any of the above services and photography packages to meet client’s needs. Just fill me in on the details and I can work up a proposal and quote.

A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to hold the date on our calendar. Balance due will be collected on date of event. Applicable delivery charges and sales tax will be added to above rates.
