How does the Baldwin Photography and Party Pics system work?

A photographer will attend the event and shoot either candid or formal photographs, depending on the event. Each person photographed will be given a card containing a password protected web-site address where they can view, at no cost or obligation, on-line proofs of all photos taken at the event. Pictures go on-line the next business day after the event in most cases and remain on-line for a minimum of thirty days. During that time, your event attendees can purchase professional quality color and or BW photographs in all the standard sizes including 4x6, 5x7, and 8x10. (Real photos on real photographic paper!) The photos are reasonably priced and can be paid for with an online check or major credit card. Orders placed online are generally processed within 48 hours and shipped directly to the customer's address in 7 to 10 days.

What is the best way to view my pictures online?

The best way to view your pictures online is with your screen resolution set to 800 X 600 and your video card set to display a minimum of 256 colors (we suggest 16 Bit High Color). The reason for these settings is so that you can have the best idea of what the final prints will look like.

Do I need a password and where do I find mine?

Depending on the type of event and preferences of the client, a password may be required to access event images. The best way to get this password is to check with the event planner at your organization or ask others who attended. Also, you may e-mail us at info@garybaldwinphotography.com.

When will my event be on-line? I cannot find my event online.

We make every effort to place events online within 24 hours of their occurrence. In many instances, the event will be online the morning after the event. During particularly busy periods, events may take longer to appear. If you cannot locate your event online, there are several possibilities.

*The event is not online as of yet. Please be patient, it will be online as soon as is possible.
*The event deadline has passed. Events are online for a minimum of 30 days from the day they are posted.
*Our company did not photograph your event. Please e-mail quicpics@candid.com for assistance

How long will my event be online?

Events remain on-line for a minimum of 30 days beginning on the day they were posted. Events will expire and go off-line at midnight on the 30th day unless the photographer chooses to extend an event. Once events go off-line they will not be put back on-line and there will not be another opportunity to order from that event. Our experience indicates that 24 hour global access for a period of 30 days is an ample amount of time to view and order pictures. Some events may be re-posted at the discretion of the photographer.

How long will it take to receive my pictures?

Your pictures will be processed and mailed directly to you in about a week from the date of your order via US Postal Service.

What are my payment options?

You may purchase pictures online with Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover or personal check draft.

Is ordering online safe? Is there any other way I can order my pictures?

Ordering online through your secure browser and our secure server is a great deal more safe than handing your credit card to a waiter or gas station clerk. If you are still not comfortable ordering online, please contact our office at 901-413-8751 or e-mail us and we will handle your order for you.

How will I receive my prints? My prints have not arrived, what should I do?

Your prints will be printed and mailed via 1st Class Mail directly to you in about a week if you order online.

If your prints do not arrive within roughly one week of your online order, you should first verify through your confirmation email that you entered your mailing address correctly. If your address is correct please contact our office via e-mail with the specific order number, roll numbers and frame numbers. You may also call our office with the above information at 901-413-8751.

Can other people see my pictures?

Public events may be seen by anyone visiting this website. Pictures made at private password protected events can be seen by people who have the event code/password. Since the event codes will be passed out at the event, anyone who attends your event will be able to see your pictures.

Can I have my picture removed from this website?

Yes. We make every effort to edit the pictures which go on-line, but occasionally we may miss a picture that might be inappropriate and needs to be removed, or an individual may object to their photo being posted. If either is the case, please call us at 901-413-8751 or e-mail us at info@garybaldwinphotography.com with the specific event name, roll number and frame number and we will remove the objectionable photo.

Can I make copies of my prints or the images online?

Baldwin Photography owns the copyrights of the photographs on this site. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, retransmit, or publish any copyrighted material without the express written consent of the copyright owner, including, without limitation, print or electronic reproduction, publication or any display of photography.

What are Cookies?

Cookies are bits of electronic information that a web site can use to help make shopping online easier and to tailor and keep records of your visits to the site. We do not store personally identifiable information in your cookie. The use of cookies is standard on the internet and many websites use them.
